This doesn't work as one might expect, I get silence instead
add the WDM device
configure it in windows as 7.1
set jriver to output stereo (or 2.1) with jrss mixing enabled
use the windows audio configure device screen to test each source channel
only L and R produce any sound, all other channels (in SW) are silent
