Two (hopefully) new requests...
« on: February 15, 2003, 09:01:38 am »

I did a search in this forum and didn't find any hits regarding the two following feature enhancements to this already great program:

1. An A-B loop button to allow for replaying a portion of a song - for musicians to be able to learn a guitar solo for example.

2. In Thumbnail List Style to have the MP3 cover only show 1 picture per album when in the root of the album view (showing all albums with 1 picture each). Then when selecting a particular album, to show all songs separately.

Thanks and sorry if this has already been suggested, or is even currently possible!

Cheers,

I see build 133 (or possibly 112 had it) has added grouped cover art thumbnails! Should have installed it before posting that one...

Any chance an A-B Loop button would be possible as well? Would anyone else here use such a feature?

Thanks,

Yeah,
I know a LOT of dancers that would use this feature.

It's perfect for when your learning chereography for a dance routine for a show or something.

I believe you can do the loop thing using Media Editor.

In MC, click "tools" and choose media editor.
There is a looped playback option there, don't know how good it works.
