I bought J River 32 yesterday and have evaporated up to 5 of the 10 licenses trying to get 32 installed on one computer. all I get is an or see in downloads is a mjr file. I need instructions on retrieving lost licenses and how to install 32. I have been doing this since version 20 and never experienced any issue.
