Wasapi Playback could not be started to Oppo 205
« on: July 22, 2024, 10:54:02 am »

Everything works fine with MC30 and under. I reinstalled my OPPO 205 driver and not working. Wiped windows clean with reinstall and same result, Tried this on a new PC also and same result. WASAPI works... but not above 176khz. ASIO works fine with all formats. I compared all settings with MC30 to MC31/32 and couldn't find anything different.

Did you check with Oppo?  WASAPI generally is trouble free with all versions of MC.

What OS version?

What types of files?

What is the connection?

Win 11
All Audio files do not work at 768khz (FLAC, SACD, DSD, DFF, WAV, MP3, etc)
USB Connection

My next step is to contact OPPO. Was hoping I missed something considering MC30 and under work fine.

Using the same USB ports and cable?

Are you testing MC30 and MC32 side by side?  Have you double-checked the "Device Settings" in both versions to make sure they match?  Thanks.
