Visualization Request (anyone please)
« on: January 28, 2003, 12:23:42 pm »

:)
To any of the visualization developers,
I was hoping to get a special visualization made for MC9. Basically it is a top window with Titles & Album Art (easy to read) and a bottom window that only has a really cool, two channel, analizer.
I am not good at any programming like this but I hope someone could maybe throw together some of their sub routines to get this type of visualization on line.
If one already exists please let me know the location.

Thank you all so much.

Play with "Visualization Studio" in MC.  With a little poking around, you'll be making sweet visuals in no time.

Or Not.

There is something very strange happening with the visualisation studio in version 9. Predefined visualisations work well and custom vis also seem to work in the templates. However, custom visualisations keep crashing MC. This is reproducable, but requires a lot of hard work to uninsatll MC then re-install it to get it working again -- this mainly because you can't prevent a visualisation from showing when it isn't showing -- if you catch my drift. If it can't show (because MC quits without error before you can do anything), you are a little poked.

Anyhow... Here's hoping that it gets sorted out asap.
