I use both versions of the JRemote apps (Android, iOS) for streaming back to my DAP, or to connect to my WiiW streamer for streaming its output to my headphones stack. My MC server is v.33.0.63 with JRemote installed on iOS 18.1.1.
I hadn’t noticed any problems with this working other than flawlessly with my LAN until JRemote was updated to v.3.44. That is, JRemote has no problems finding my WiiM streamer (as a zone) and playing back thru my iPad’s speakers, but if I designate the WiiM for output it will now not create an active playlist nor engage my hp stack. However—and I hope this may be a clue to what’s going on—but if I create working relationship and playlist with the WiiM via JRemote3 on my Android app, the same playlist will finally also show up on JRemote on my iPad, and I can also use the iPad for controlling playback. Weird, ey?
