Playlist/Smartlist/View scheme order

As I get more and more into my playlist and view schemes the list becomes longer and longer.

It would be great if the sorting of the list could be chosen using one of those Move UP/Move Down dialogues that are often seen - like with toolbar buttons.

I find I'm having to use numbers at the start of the list name to get them into the order I want. I know this achieves the result but it's not quite as 'clean' a solution.

Any support for this?
