MP3 Organizing

I've gone through my MP3 collection (which is organized into folders by artist name) and corrected artist names, removed files, etc.  Is there a function in Media Jukebox that will move the MP3's that I have changed the Artist name into the correct Artist name folder, AND delete any empty folders after doing so?

Okay, sort of a stupid question.  I see that if you highlight all the files and go Properties, Tools, Rename, when you click Save a dialogue comes up with an option to delete empty folders.

Well I just tried it.  It renamed a bunch of files leaving a directory empty and didn't remove the directory even though I had checked the box and said 'Answer The Question The Same'

Figured out the problem, a there's all kinds of hidden files in the directories such as album art.
