Proxy Settings

My default browser is Netscape Navigator, yet Media Jukebox still calls upon the proxy settings of IE.  Why is this?  And why can't I get Media Jukebox to use the proxy settings of Netscape, or at least let me setup my own proxy settings such as I can with RealPlayerTM!?

Can you set them in IE?  That should work.
