Hello,

I'm playing around with the Theater View and I'm looking for a specific view that would be great to add to this great feature.

A "Playing Now" view that would show you the album cover, artist  &  song name of what's currently playing.

I'm now running Theater View in thumbnails mode and since I load random tracks from my playlist, I can see the whole albums/tracks playlist in thumbnails, not just the cover of what's currently playing...

Maybe this option already exists, but I can't seem to find it.

You can create Visualisations that will do this.  Then you toggle to Visualisations (Full Screen Mode) from Theatre View when tracks start playing.  You can set MC up in Configure Theatre View to switch to Full Screen Mode automatically when you play files and to switch back again when playback stops.

Once you have Visualisations working right click and select Visualiation Studio to see if you can work out how they've been set up and create some of your own.  If you want I'd be happy t*o email you a few of my own though you may have to edit their settings as mine are set up for a plasma monitor at 848*480 resolution.

Hello JLee,

That's an interesting way to get there. I guess I could also edit the track info .html and create one that I like and load it like the Visualizations from Theater View. One advantage of having this view from within Theater View would be that would still have visual access to the play, stop, etc... functions.

Thanks for the trick, I'll play with that and see what I can come up with.
