Purchased MJ 2/April/04 have had trouble getting to even download my Inst. Key now I have I am getting the following message "ERROR installing Media Center License. Invalid license, error code = 21" can't see anything in info routes about this is there a specific path I should go to or can someone tell me how to solve the problem Thanks  X - Eyed

If you have a download manager turn it off, it may be corrupting the key, and may also have somthing to do with your other download problems.

Hi King Sparta tried your suggestion even disabled all my net security, privacy, firewall etc this has only put me back to my first problem which I detailed in my first post can't get the license key link page to stick  it just jumps past from restore page to the page with the coded details of the license on it from which there is no method of even downloading that, only to print it.
