Runtime Error?

In the latest build I've noticed if I close MC w/out stopping the music I get first a Runtime Error and then some message to the point of "memory cannot be read" and the code "0x04246c81".
Any ideas?

Disable any visualizations and third-party plugins.  Let us know if the problem persists.

I redownloaded and reinstalled for the third time, third time must be the charm.
I must have goofed up somewhere along the line, I am technically challenged afterall.
