BUG: foreign characters break "Find CD"

I'm not sure if this is the place to report bugs, but I think I found one that's causing some inconvenience for me.  If the artist or track info contains a foreign character ("Saint-Saëns", for instance), and I try to use the "Find CD" feature, it appears that the foreign character gets embedded into the query string in a way that breaks the query, and I get back a "Bad Request".  Any way to work around this, or have this fixed?
