Help - I cant purchase 10

By mistake I let the 30 days lapse and now cant find a way to purchase. If I download agin it says the 30 days has expired and when I select buy now I get the message - failed to initiate internet purchase. Can anyone help !!!!! I am on broadband using IE

Maybe your browser security is set too high.  Could also be a firewall problem.

I have norton internet security which Ive disabled and lowered IE security settings and I still get the message - failed to initiate media center purchase.
I wish to buy this but cannot seem to find anyway of either downloading another trial version or finding any method of purchasing a new download - surely there must be a way  ?
