inability to purchase license

To whom it may concern,

For some unknown reason, I am unable to purchase a license for Media Jukebox.  I am running a PC with Windows XP Pro - Office Edition with SBC Yahoo DSL for Internet.
I initially downloaded the software about a month or two ago, and have thoroughly enjoyed it.  I have reached the end of my 30-day trial period and wish to purchase a license.  I have been fully able to download and operate the software, and access the website without problems, however, every attempt to purchase a license has met with failure.
I first tried by clicking on the HELP icon which led me to the PURCHASE MEDIA JUKEBOX option.  That route sends me to what appears to be an abandoned webpage whose address is: http://%1%20https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/buy.cgi?productid=1.  Explorer claims that there is "No Page To Display."  Next, I accessed MEDIA JUKEBOX.COM to find an alternate method.  I found the PURCHASE icon under the JUKEBOX icon, but that led me to what appears to be a dead-end page titled "Purchase and License Details."  This appears to be the one and only page through this selection.  I have even tried re-downloading the entire software, in hopes that doing so would correct the problem, but that has not changed anything.  Absolutely NOTHING I do results in my being able to access a purchasing menu.  Please help !

THANK YOU VERY MUCH, KINGSPARTA.  I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THE ADDITIONAL CHARACTER STRING AT THE BEGINNING WAS BEING ADDED, BUT YOUR INFO WORKED.  I APPRECIATE THE HELP VERY MUCH.
