The ONLY music service that I have ever liked is the MMJB Platinum radio,
You can enter an artist and listen to there songs... From there you can decide wether ot not you want to buy the CD...

I never understood paying for Lossy music....

It's what, 9 us for an album? You can probably buy the cd at a used cd place for that...

I always buy the cd. They're a bit more expensive here though; upto $25 for a brand new if you buy it 'off-line.'

[web site removed] carries lossless version of album now though. I think you pay $0,02 per lossless mb and 0,01$per lossy mb. I don't use it often though.

I'm in Canada, and most CD's are priced at 18-25 dollars cdn.
I think this is pretty expensive, Most of my CD's come from used cd places, You get a unblemished CD (original) for about 10$...

When I can I get used cds too. ebay is a great place for that. I wish half.com would be enabled for int'l customers. There's also some used cd shop here but nothing near me.

I also buy a lot of 'older' music. you can often find cds releashed a half or a whole year ago to a good price.

Also, cd-wow(.com) got really good prices. £9 for new cds shipped worldwide. They don't got a lot of 'local' music though, which is why I don't buy there oftend.
