But is it multi-zone aware? 6 wasn't, which is why I never liked it.

I wonder how that new UI is going to look inside MC's  little square box.  :P

By the way, is the DFX plug-in supported at all in MC 11 yet?  (I haven't tried it.)

Version 6 of DFX was supported in MC build 11.053.
Yesterday I downloaded and installed MC build 11.063.
Today I downloaded and installed DFX version 7, but I can't get it to work in build 11.063 of MC. I reinstalled version 6 of DFX and that works allright in MC build 11.063.

Hmmm... bummer.   Well, since JRiver advertises DFX on this forum's top page, maybe they will expedite building support for the new version.  8)

On a sidenote, I have always been a little hesitant about using DFX (or any S/W equalizer) anyway.  Don't get me wrong.  I'm not arguing against the need for it--far from it--but once you start using it, all music sounds horrible without it.   :-\

Be careful when you buy this if you buy an upgrade. Even though they say yo0u'll get an immediate download etc. Its a lie. once they get your credit card etc and finalize the order , they tell you it will be 48 hours before you get your code so that yahoo can verify you are for ereal.

Hey, th3eir product ain;'t that good that anyone wouyld even want to steal it. The only thing it ever did for me was crash  and delete my MC registration. i never could get anyone at either JRiver or DFX to even acknowledge  the problem. but version 6 does that even today.

What is it they say CAVEAT EMPTOR!

DFX 6 works fine for me.
DFX 7 however isn't working yet in build 11.0.64. Hopefully it does in the next build.
