Need registration assistance

I purchased my license on Dec 2002.
Since then I made a successful reinstallation September 2003, and tried to reinstall it today.

Since I have changed my e-mail (the one I had when I purchased is not valid any more), I logged into this forum, changed my profile with the new mail and loged out. As a result I was send a new password to my new e-mail

Then I tried to re-install license using address
https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi?displaychange=1
but I always get "We could not find that email." message.
I used all combinations, old password / old e-mial / new password / new e-mail etc but with same error results

Please assist asap

Your e-mail address here doesn't have anything to do with the one on the license.

You can change your e-mail if you remember your old one and your password.

How about the password. Which password do I have to use ?

It worked. Thanks for the support at this stage.

I just received a registration code, but after trying to install it I got the "Error installing Media Jukebox license : Invalid license".

What can I do now now ?

You just send me two e-mails with registration code, effort number 9 and effort number 8.
None of them worked. I still get the "Error installing Media Jukebox license : Invalid license" message.

I guess if you send me a new one all it will happen is to loose one more available time.

Any assistance ?

So are you trying to install it on what version of MJ? or are you trying to intall it on Media Center? (Since That Is The Forum You Are In)
