How do I change the location of the Cover Art folder?
« on: October 28, 2004, 07:55:22 pm »

I'd like to change the folder that cover art gets saved to, and copy all existing cover art to it. I can see where to change the location in Options, but each existing track seems to still point to the old location. Is there a way to instruct MC to look in the new location for all existing tracks too? Thanks.

After changing the path in the options do a 'Image/Quick find in file'.

Then MC should point to the new location.

Hope this helps  :)

Looks like that might be a good option, but how would I do that for all my files? I have a few hundred CDs ripped now and want to "relink" all tracks to the cover art in the new folder. Would it just be a matter of displaying all audio tracks in the library, highlighting them all, then right-clicking, selecting that option and letting MC do its stuff on all the files at once? Thanks for the help!
