When using Microsoft Powertoys Tweak-UI in WinXP, menu focus in MC is lost whenever the mouse moves outside of the menu fields making it difficult to select menu items.  This problem doesn't exist with other applications I've used.

The best way to understand the issue is to download Tweak-UI and try it yourself.

Download tweak-ui, install, then select Mouse -> X-Mouse and check the "Activation follows mouse (X-Mouse)" box.
