Cannot restore licence

Hey,

My computer got wiped due to an SP2 upgrade, and as a consequence I needed to reinstall MC10 again. It also wiped my emails, so I don't have a copy of my licence key.

A few days ago, I went to your licence restore page, and entered my email address to have the details mailed to me. I did this on Monday, and I've still not received the details.

Can you help?

If you asked the system to e-mail you the registration code, your hotmail account may be filtering it out as SPAM.  Please check with them.  You may want to consider another account elsewhere.

I've e-mailed you the code by hand.  Please acknowledge receipt by e-mail.
