Camera Device Connected Choices

Does anyone know how I would add MC to the Windows list of programs to use when it detects that a camera connected?  Preferably, where when MC launches, it goes straight to Acquire Images in the Action Window?  I've briefly tried to figure it out, but it seemed difficult...
