Transfer all files (to iPod)
« on: June 09, 2005, 12:18:09 am »

Synch all files is once again adding images (and I ammuse videos).

I remember Steve remedied this once, but it seems to be back.

Also, is it possible for this option to ONLY add the playlists that were/are selected when this option is not selected?  that would be really handy for me.

Thanks Steve

Justin,

'Sync all files' will sync all audio files and then sync all playlists. If any of your playlists contain images, they will be readded to the sync. Is this your situation?

What you are after is an option that will sync all audio files and then only selected playlists. Assuming I am correct about the problem in the above, I see why you want this to solve the first issue.

Yes about the playlists adding the images.  I didn't realize that's what was happening.

If you could do something like I explained above, that would sort me out.

Thanks Steve.

Why don't you turn off "Sync all files" and then create one smartlist that has all your audio files in it? Sync this and your other chosen playlists.

i am, but I'd rather not have the extra playlist to deal with.

Not a big deal, just a little thing I'd like to see.
