Can I use Media Jukebox to backup My Documents? If so, how?

Only if "My Documents" contains nothing but MJ supported file types. A much better solution is to DirectCD format a bunch of CD-RW's, then use MS backup and point to your RW drive (I haven't tried this though). Or use R's if you don't care about reusing the disks. DirectCD formating knocks down a 700 MB disk to about 550MB, but you can do a quick erase and reuse the set.
