As Richard said, Fusion HDTV is not supported. It was one of the earliest HDTV cards that I made an attempt to support, but I gave up because its driver was not fully conforming to Microsoft's BDA. However, it was closer to BDA than some other devices I tried. The first thing you should try is to check with the manufacturer for an update of the driver.
