Getting Cover Art into MP3s

I currently store my cover art in album directories as Folder.jpg.  I am in the process of also adding the art into MP3 files but am having problems.  I could have sworn that I did the first 3000 of my files bu simply doing a quick find and it added the images into the files.  Now it won't do anything.  Any ideas?  I have the Also Store Images in File checkbox checked.  I have tried on 11.0.304 through 11.0.308...

I removed all Cover Art but left the folder.jpg files in the directory, then when I did a quick find it looks like it is putting them in the files.
