Error Message

I recently purchased and downloaded the Version 8 model.  I receive an error message that says, "MEDIA JUKEBOX WAS UNABLE TO PLAY ANY OF THE FILES IN THE PLAYLIST"  I'm looking for the PLAYBACK filter button but don't know where it is on the MJ screen.  It plays the same 2 songs no matter what song I choose.

Hi jp,

Are these three separate problems or a single problem? In either case, we need need to know more about what you are doing before the problem happens (how you set up the playlist).

For the "could not play any files", it sounds like your database is broken. You may have moved the files after importing them or something.

After importing the files I separated them into different categores according to the style of music.  Does that ruin the data base?  Would it have anything to do with the play back filter,  which I can't find?

The other problem is that, no matter what I try to play, it plays only 2 selections.  I thought they may be connected in some way.  Thanks.  jp
