Directory Structure for File Conversions

How do I change the directory structure used for file conversions? I have my default locations set to: [Album Artist (auto)]\[Album Artist (auto)]-[Album] . But, file conversions go to [artist]/[album]. It seems silly to have to do a "rename files" after a rip. I'm sure there is a setting somewhere that I'm missing. I see where to set the base directory but not the structure.
