Is Album rating possible

as i've seen  in many websites that they give a option of album rating suppose dj tiesto's in search of sunrise 2 with rating 4.5/5. that's what i want in media center. plz dont tell me anyone that the library view gives an option like that when u put the cursor on a album coz thats not efficient.

and what about rating a song with 4.5 or 3.5 and such which i've already told
