Newbie apologies, but I have checked threads for similar!.....

Using MJ 8 xx79 - full version, Win XP Pro on Vaio. When trying to download full album from e-music, download manager shows that it is reading tracklist etc., but rather than appending tracks to download list  it just opens a new IE browser window or submits a weird search to MSN and album is not added to download list...please help or am I wasying $14.99 a month to e-music!

Did you log-in?
Where are you?If outside USA,there is many songs you cannot download.
Look like you are selecting USA only songs and are not a US registered.


If none of it,in the mean time download the zinf player from the Emusic site.
There is a download manager working fine.More or less like Media Jukebox download manager.But you can download only one song at the time and NEVER CLOSE your computer with downloads queuing,you just loss them
