my computer crashed recently, and although i managed to save the media jukebox 8 setup program, it wants me to repurchase it.....and i have lost my serial numbers, so can't tell it that ive already paid. what do i do? my email address is kandarohi@yahoo.co.uk, but other than that i have lost all my previous identifiers or purchase data.....can my original purchase be traced via my email address? it might have been different at tyhe time of my purchase, and i'm not sure what it wasit might have been johndent@dent361889.fsnet.co.uk, or something similar

i have tried that, and although i cannot remember any more of the past email addresses i have used in the past than the ones posted in my original question, whichever of those i try, i get an error message saying we cannot find that email.......what do i do now?

well it would need to be one you bought MJ8 with.

if you did not buy MJ8 and were using the free upgrade then you should have saved the MJ7 license to disk.

the internet option to restore is for Users who paied for MJ8 and MC9 only.

so it would need to be a e-maill address you used in the last 12 months or so since thats when they started using this new system.

A MJ7 License can not be replaced.l
