Purchased MC previously prior to 2005, had upgraded to MC10.

Hard drive crashed, can not locate REG CODE in backup files. Tried JRiver web link to recover REG CODES, BUT email addresses were NOT found, one used when MC purchased nor new one. Where do I go from here? I luv this product.

HELP!

Boy, bad timing! You should be able to download a fresh copy of MC 10 and install it. the trial period is 30 days so that should get you through the holidays and then the J River team willl be back and can helpyou get all registered again. If you can't get MC10 to work try MC11, you can always go back later.
