Notification does not work

I have a notification switched on for the whole Media Center board, but I do not receive any notifications.

Also not after a reply in i.e. 11.1.95 Release Candidate, although that option is switched on in my profile.

More people having these problems?

No. I don not think so.

It always worked. Then it worked most of the time. Now it does not seem to work at all.
