Portable MP3 Player not shown in Tree view

I'm a disillusioned Musicmatch user trying out MC11.

What I haven't managed to figure out is how to get my iRiver H120 player to show as a device in the Tree view. I read somewhere that if a player shows in XP as a removable storage device (which it does), I don't need a plug-in. Erm, so why doesn't it appear in the tree?

Make sure you have MC 11.1 installed.

Then, in Options > Handheld > Device Management, pick "Add device" and point it to the path of your device.
