Podcasting and Folder.jpg

Has anyone was succesfully changed podcasting xml file to be able to update the [Image File] tag?

I want use the "Folder.jpg" cover arts that I put in podcasting directories, but I don't want to use quick find image file manually everyday when new podcasts are downloaded.
