I like to keep my ripped CD's grouped by artist then by album title. Unfortunately this means that various artists CD's get spread all over the place. Is there anyway to keep these grouped together other than grouping my list by album title, or changing the artists name to various artist (if you know what I mean!)

I do two things to accomdate for this:

I put all Multiple Artists discs that I deem to be so in one folder (disk location).

I also let MC decide by adding the Album Artist auto pane. MC deems any difference in the Artist field as meaning it is a Multiple Artist cd, and this while technically true may simply be one track that is a duet for example.

I also use the Artist pane so I can see those not so popular artists that "hide-out" in the Multiple Artist section; I like to have a view where everything is accounted for.
