Hello,

I use media center since a long time, it's a real good software, congratulations and thank you so much for your work.
I have some suggestions and /or questions :

- I have an old PC, so the skinned interface is very slow. Is there any way to have unskinned GUI ? PArticulary, the songs list is very slow (ok, i have a celeron 633 )

- Is it possible to have a display of the playlists the song belongs to (only!) (i mean not all the playlists and a red check  on playlists it belongs to) ?? can i create this with the sdk ?

Why i want this :
1 - my collection has 4272 songs in a lot of playlist, so when i display the playlists informations, the soft is very slow because when i change folder , it calculates i think for all the songs it find in this folder the playlists to check in red. It seems (by seeing the speed of my computer) that Mediacenter has to analyse all playlists to see if the song belongs to each of them, or is there any direct link beetween a song and the playlists it belongs to ?

2 - I want this because when i verify my collection and i want to see for a song at which playlists it belongs to, i have to sroll all the playlists infos. So it's a long of time for each song

- Another suggestion : I use winamp to play the songs. So idea : To indicate medai center that a song has been played, to simulate taht the song has been played by medai center, in order to have the playlist of songs played on a party, and to update the play counts.

mine is a celeron 733, with 256MB RAM. It's workable but i would not dare use it to DJ live.

I don't think this is possible without creating a custom tag... say playlist name. Make it of list type.

Each time you add a song to a playlist, add the playlist name to that tag for the track. So select a playlist, select all tracks and in tag info window, enter the playlist name in the custom tag.

Then make a viewscheme with columns

Name, Artist (optional), Custom Tag

Then click on whatever track you want and the playlists it belongs to will appear on the right.

This is not the best solution i think, since if you change the playlist a track belongs to, you will have to update the custom tag again. Can get monotonous after a while.
