Recently Ripped and Cover Art Long Delay

After ripping a CD, and the cover art images are found and stored.
I find that the cover art image can take a peculiarly long time
to show up on the Recently Ripped Playlist Area when selecting a track.
However hovering the mouse over the track shows the cover art instantly.
Sometimes the cover art is not shown at all.

My cover art is stored in tags.

If you need a screenshot of what i mean I can provide one.
