In December I asked for my registration code to be sent to me as my old computer with it's hard drive had crashed and I was re-installing on a new laptop. The registration code was mailed and I used it to get an install key (.mjr file) downlosded. That install key was used to supposedly get Media Center 11 re-installed and registered with a valid license. Howerer, now exactly 30 days later I'm told my temporary 30 day license had expired and I need to buy the program. What! I have owned or more properly licensed this version of Media Center for the last three years. Please help get me a more permanent (like a forever) registration code/install key. Thank You, Tom

Try a restore again.  The Install Key is only good for 14 days.
