I seem to get this error quite a bit:

Code meaning = Unknown error 0x800A138F
Source = Microsoft JScript runtime error
Description = 'undefined' is null or not an object
and I have no idea what it means.
I was playing FLAC files at the time using the Paradigm Essence skin.
