New plugin: Thumbnail Viewer

Another addition to my collection of HTPC centric plugins.

Features:
Selectable thumbnail size
scroll orientation updown/leftright
double click, and it opens the image viewer.  Start the slideshow!
(uses XP's image viewer, I have no clue what it will do on the other os's).

Please send me suggestions/bugs...

Its a pretty simple app that can become very nice with your input!

I am really curious to see how this thing handles LOTS of images.. I bet it wont handle memory all that well :)

It works fine on Win2000.  Double click gives me the Lview editor.

Looks great.
