What about another spectrum analyzer based on cover art...I like the existing one...but I have an idea. What about instead of black bars at the top and bottom, cutting out the cover art, the bars could simply invert the colors...or apply a color to the colors...etc. Spectrum analyzers are my favorite visualization for general purposes because the others are usually annoying and just seem random. These at least provide some useful information...although with lots of bars (lots of frequencies represented), they all seem to move so similarly. What about fewer bars? Half the bars...? And expand the scale a bit so there is more distance between the highest and lowest points.
Can I do this myself? Is there a way to edit visualizations? I know I can make a track info skin...lol. I should! I am somewhat experienced with css and that would be a good project.
