License question
« on: April 20, 2007, 01:00:15 pm »

I'm having some trouble restoring my license. I somehow lost all my mail (don't ask) so I follow the procedure to have the registration code sent to me.

Problem is it sends the MC11 codes, not the MC12. I can't remember if I used another email address for MC12 (I tried my other account) but I don't receive the MC12 codes.

If they are registered on different email accounts I'd love to know which account and change it/have it changed to my main email account ibijker at gmail dot com.

Thank you.
Ingemar.

It already is registered to your main gmail account, not the inflatablemouse account.

Thx for the quick response John.

That's what I thought because I upgraded MC11 to 12.

So why do I get the MC11 codes and not the MC12?

Ah I see ... The MC11 codes are on inflatable account.

The last time I was impatient as well and posted this question, the MC12 just take much longer to arrive while the MC11 arrive almost instantly.

I *think* I can remember it this time.
* InflatableMouse wonders why that is though ...  ?

I just did two e-mails, one for each account. They both took about 3 seconds to process. I'm not sure why you are seeing a difference, but I can't think of any reason why the two would have different times...

I'd suggest changing your MC11 codes to the MC12 e-mail (or vice versa), you can do this via the restore page.

I guess after working with keyboards for about 20 years I still can't type.  :-[

I tried again and it works fine. Not 3 seconds but quick enough.

Sorry ... ;)

Check the Purchase section on the home page for details, but you can have the system e-mail you your Registration Code, install a copy of MC12 and do a Restore.  Post here again if you have questions.
