Can't generate a new key

Help please.   I purchased MC11 less than a year ago, and I just recently bought a new computer.   I was today able to update MC11 to MC12 on my old system without any problem, but I will get rid of that system as soon as my new one is up and working working and everything has been transferred.   

I downloaded MC12 onto my new system, and now I want to generate a key, but my email address is not recognized.   I have changed my email at least twice since my original MC11 purchase.  I'm not sure off the top of my head which was the old email address that I used when I first purchased MC11 ... but I have tried all of them and for every one I get a "Email Address not found" message when I try to generate a new key.   What to do!!??

On the restore page, there is a page where you can change your e-mail address:
