Media Jukebox for Party-DJ's

I would like to see a better "Party-Mode".

Maybe in the style of DJ-softwares like BPM-Studio, Traktor or Atomixmp3 etc. with two players displayed side by side with play and cue buttons.

I personally would prefer the style of Mixmeister Pro 4. Files are displayed graphically like in the Editor. The best thing is that you can prehear your mix. One example: Track 1 is going to the speakers, but on the headphone you can prehear every following track in the playlist and then set the right point to fade in and out. The result is a really perfect mix. Maybe you'll have a look at www.mixmeister.com .

I hope this is not too special and that there are other Party-DJ's with similiar wishes.

I remember that someone mentioned that in the wish list but i don't know if is possible maybe on MJ9. But that and a MediaEditor with new plugins and the spectrum, equalizer and the player side by side at the bottom (Mj7.2) wow i want that ;)

That bpmstudio is pretty swank. I believe I have to get it now. Not the pro. to much $$$. Maybe private. Perfect for me to make Mixed cd's for trips. WOHOOO!!

Now I just need to finish ripping all my vinyl, *sigh*

Hello Shawn,

for mixed CD's I can only recommend Mixmeister 3, because you don't need live mixing facilities and it's much cheaper. Maybe you have it already, if you've buyed a soundblaster card in a real package. On the Soundblaster CD are different softwares including the full version of Mixmeister 3.
Try loading a playlist with some dance tracks and then check in the menue "Auto Beat Mixing". You'll really love it.

Only three people interested in this better party-mode. Of course too less for considering this feature.
Maybe in Version 15 ?   :-)

YES I want this feature right now, and it would also be cool to just set the time when you want a song to fade out so you could let media jukebox play the music and therefore you could go grab some drinks.
