Couple of coverart import behaviour comments

Couple of small niggles I've noticed after batch importing 9,000 files  :o
1. Cover art in the root album folder is not automatically recognised if an album's folder has subfolders for Disc# (looks like this):
    \Artist\Album\CD1
Slight tweak, but changing would be nice.
2. MC doesn't seem to like folder.gif files for automatic album art. These ought to be treated exactly the same way as folder.jpg?
