can't play dvd !

hi to you all MJ user's, I need a little bit of help, I'm a new user of MJ and I have trouble in trying to play my DVD, I click on the CD,DVD & Handhelds menu and it detected my dvd drive but when i click on the drive(with the disk in) to update the view I got an error message stating that MJ is unable to access the DVD disk.

Appreciate your help! thanks in advance :-)

Please install the software that came with your DVD player and verify that it works.
