Registration Code

Recently I had a computer crash and after redownloading Media Jukebox I have tried to go to the restore page and reenter my registration code but it tells me the code is not valid.  I requested the code by E-mail and it is the same I entered.  Further, the E-mail tells me I have no restores.  Need some help please

Try it again, please, but you might want to read the FAQ carefully first.
