Ripping my Cd's
« on: November 06, 2008, 12:05:15 am »

When I rip my Cd's to my Hard Drive they are automatically saved to:

C:\Documents and Settings\[My Name]\My Documents\My Music.

I want to change the destination where ripped CD's are automaticaly stored to a different External drive and folder but I can't since it doesn't ask me where I want to store them to each time I start ripping. It's just preset to My documents on the C: drive. How do I change this destination in Media Jukebox? Or Do I have to specify this in some advanced way through opening program files? :-\

You can set the location in:

Tools > Options > File Location > Ripping, Recording & other audio

Check the Help file for further details.

Thanks a ton! ;D
Also, when I insert a cd to be ripped it brings up a preliminary window with a list of action for me to choose to perform with the disk. Well, I previously checked the box that says Always do the selected action and it was for Windows Media Player. How do I get that box unchecked in my computer so that I can change the action??

In Explorer, try a right click on the drive and choose properties.
