I think it is known that enhanced video render is the best choice in DVD playback, ... am I correct?
Now, I think it makes sense because I was seeing slow drawing issues on other HTPCs and realized I hadn't changed them to force EVR. They were still on auto select. But, on at least one of my HTPCs, I cannot use the brightness, contrast, saturation, or hue settings. They do nothing to the image. What causes these to be broken? Can it be fixed?
